About Cbit Training Icon
The main section of CBIT Trainer, and where you will learn to use CBIT, is the Training section. This section is comprised of 12 Modules that include a mix of lectures and demonstration videos, so you can see examples of the treatment being done with multiple patients and by a variety of therapists. There will be short knowledge checks along the way, just to confirm that you are learning the key aspects of CBIT. If you feel like you haven’t learned a concept fully, don’t worry, you can always go back to watch the lessons again. At the right of your screen you will see a “toolbox” tab. This tab contains additional video demonstrations to support skills being taught in the lesson. You can watch these to supplement your learning. The Training section takes about ten hours to complete.

About Cbit Consultation Icon
Because we want your experience with CBIT Trainer to be as comprehensive as possible, we have made consultation sessions with CBIT experts a voluntary part of the program.
